About the Role
Lead and expand our PCIOL presence across Sydney and NSW, engaging with surgeons, managing clinical trials, and driving long-term account success. Be a key contributor to national initiatives.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute your territory's sales strategy, including surgeon engagement and product promotion.
2. Manage end-to-end IOL trials from data collection to conversion.
3. Maintain and grow surgeon relationships to ensure ongoing usage.
4. Collaborate with marketing and leadership to promote PCIOL products at events.
5. Represent the HSO brand locally, engaging with KOLs, hospitals, and partners.
6. Ensure compliance with reporting, tracking, and budgeting requirements.
Ideal Candidate
* 3+ years in ophthalmology or optometry sales, with 5+ years in medical/pharma sales.
* Excellent communication skills and integrity in influence.
* Results-driven, organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
Must-Haves
* Understanding of surgical IOL practices and hospital operations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Degree in a relevant field; ophthalmology or optometry sales experience preferred.
* Legal working rights in Australia.
