About the Role
We are currently seeking candidates with experience and expertise in Light Automotive Servicing Technology to plan, develop and deliver training and assessment to students in this study area.
The lecturer's primary role is to teach, facilitate learning, assess and mentor students in accordance with relevant curriculum and/or training package requirements. Lecturers also undertake Professional Activities and Activities Related to Delivery. In order to maintain quality educational services, lecturers are required to keep abreast of technological and other developments in their field through professional development to provide up-to-date information and advice to the College and industry, where appropriate.
To be eligible for employment applicants must be able to demonstrate recent experience as a Light Automotive Technician or equivalent and have a minimum of 5 years working in the area of expertise.
It is preferred that applicants already possess a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or can demonstrate willingness or progression towards achieving it.
