You’ll work closely with IT, the intranet project team, and stakeholders across the university to ensure a smooth transition to the new platform while maintaining alignment with university standards.Reporting to the Manager, Employee Communications, you will drive engagement, identify training needs, and help embed long-term best practices to support the ongoing success of Swinburne’s internal communications platforms, including the intranet and Microsoft Viva.This is a great opportunity for a candidate with a strong digital marketing background to provide a positive user experience for our internal stakeholders.
