The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a full-time Chef to join Cater Care Australia. This role involves preparing and serving high-quality meals at our health centre location in Mt Eliza, right at the heart of the beautiful Mornington Peninsula.
Roster: Monday to Friday 10am till 6.30pm
Responsibilities:
* Preparing & presenting food for our clients
* Maintaining a clean working environment
* Support bulk cooking operations
* Provide excellent customer service
* Adherence to food & general safety practices
* Prepare and serve meals in adherence to specified dietary requirements
* Fast, effective service - provided with a positive attitude
The Ideal Candidate:
* Trade qualification in Commercial Cookery or equivalent
* Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Ability to work independently
* Exceptional presentation, communication, time management & attention to detail
