The Recruitment Officer provides timely, high-quality HR advice, consultancy, and administrative support to sites within the Flinders and Upper North Local Health Network (FUNLHN). The role primarily supports recruitment and selection processes and also involves assisting HR Consultants with moderately complex advisory matters and contributing to HR projects within broadly defined guidelines. With a focus on building strong relationships across the organisation, the Recruitment Officer helps ensure effective workforce support, promotes best practice, and refers complex issues to senior HR staff as required.
