The Opportunity
We're seeking a warm, professional, and motivated Guest Service Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you'll be instrumental in creating exceptional experiences, from smooth arrivals to seamless stays and memorable departures. If you thrive in a fast‐paced environment and love making people feel genuinely welcome, this is the ideal role to showcase your hospitality skills. You'll receive comprehensive training to help you perform at your best, supported by a team‐focused environment that encourages growth, development, and career progression. This part‐time position is based at our Taringa location, where you'll help deliver outstanding guest experiences every day.
The Ideal Candidate
* A warm, bubbly personality and excellent communication skills
* Strong administrative capabilities and solid computer proficiency
* A calm, organised approach during busy periods
* Experience in hotels, conferencing, or administration (preferred), with a genuine passion for service being essential
* Excellent organisation and time‐management skills
* Confidence in problem‐solving and thinking on your feet
* A high standard of personal grooming and professional presentation
* Experience with RMS or similar property management systems (highly regarded)
Shift Details (subject to change)
* Rotating roster across Monday to Sunday
* Shifts scheduled between 7:00am and 10:00pm
* Immediate start available
Mandatory Requirements
* Unrestricted working rights in Australia
* National Police Check completed within the last 3 months, or willingness to obtain one
* Valid Driver's Licence
This is a part‐time position offering 30 hours per week, and regular weekend availability is essential.
