As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for working collaboratively with the leadership team in a medium-aged care service located in the North West Coast of Tasmania.
The role involves leading, mentoring and developing a multidisciplinary care team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical guidance to residents and care staff
* Undertake resident assessments and case conferencing
* Accurate completion, review, and updating of relevant documentation
Essential Skills & Requirements:
* AHPRA Registered Nurse registration with previous leadership experience
* Up to date working knowledge & experience achieving accreditation standards
* Ability to identify & improve areas of clinical risk & quality guidelines
