What will you be doing?
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting healthcare providers with skilled professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
* Managing and growing an established portfolio of clients and candidates, ensuring strong relationships and repeat business.
* Sourcing, screening, and placing doctors in locum and permanent roles across Australia.
* Building long-term partnerships with hospitals and healthcare providers, delivering tailored staffing solutions.
* Driving business development, identifying new opportunities, negotiating terms, and securing client agreements.
* Delivering exceptional service standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
* Collaborating with internal teams to share market insights and contribute to strategic initiatives.
* Staying ahead of industry trends, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor in medical recruitment.
What will you bring to the role?
* Proven experience and performance as a Senior Recruitment Consultant, ideally within healthcare recruitment or a similar high-compliance sector.
* A strong track record in 360 recruitment, including candidate sourcing, client acquisition, and account management.
* Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and close deals effectively.
* Resilience and adaptability to manage a busy desk and deliver results in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
* Commercial acumen and a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
* High level of professionalism and integrity, ensuring trust and credibility with clients and candidates alike.
* Knowledge of the healthcare sector and compliance requirements is highly desirable, including credentialing and regulatory standards.

What's on offer?
$80K–$90K base salary (depending on experience) + Superannuation + Uncapped Commission
