Job Description
o Identifying new sales opportunities in the Technology & Telecoms sector.
o Closing sales and achieving sales targets.
o Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
o Understanding customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.
o Answering potential customer questions and sending additional information per email.
o Keeping an updated sales lead tracking system.
o Meeting regularly with the team to update them on sales progress and strategies.
o Developing and implementing sales strategies, client service and retention plans, and analysing sales data to inform or update marketing strategies.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Technical Sales Rep should have:
o A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
o Experience in sales, management, customer service, and leadership.
o Deep understanding of the Technology & Telecoms industry and what it takes to meet customers' needs.
o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
o Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software.
