**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients.
* Respond promptly to all incoming telephone calls and provide accurate information to customers.
* Assist customers with inquiries regarding pricing, stock availability, forecasting, and forward orders.
* Liaise with logistics providers to obtain delivery status updates on orders and proof of delivery.
* Collaborate with branch logistics teams to manage Colour Tinting and Pigments, Stock Replenishment, and Branch to Branches and Manufacturing.
* Process back orders and non-collected orders in collaboration with branch logistics and customers.
* Monitor back order lines and open sales order lines daily.
* Provide excellent customer service at the counter, responding to direct customer inquiries promptly.
* Coordinate admixture deliveries according to schedules.
* Offer basic technical assistance to customers.
* Process invoices and credits efficiently.
* Ensure timely distribution of incoming mail by 10:00 am.
* Replenish literature monthly.
* Maintain accurate filing systems on a daily basis.
* Post invoices to customers daily.
* Support the Customer Service Supervisor, Technical Representatives, Warehouse, Logistics, and Sales Team as needed.
* Prepare overnight bags when applicable.
**Requirements:
* At least 1-year previous experience in a high-level customer service environment.
* Advanced computer skills including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Lotus Notes.
* Ability to multitask effectively.
