In addition to capital equipment sales, Tutt Bryant Equipment supports its customers in the provision of spare parts, consumables, mechanical service, repairs and other support functions.
The Role & Your Requirements
About the role
Work with the Tutt Bryant team and gain skills in job coordination, admin and customer service to support our high performing Field Service group. Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be working with our internal / external customers and supporting the administration of the Service Operations.
Duties
* Taking customer enquiries for the purpose of booking jobs and answering service queries
* Open service orders for internal/external jobs
* Assisting in building quotes and following up customers
* Opening and completing purchase orders for subcontract purchases
* Supporting the Field Service Coordinator to allocate work to the Technicians
* Complete service orders and issue invoices to customers
* Where appropriate, respond to customer enquiries around issued invoices.

Ability to pass a pre‑employment D&A screen and functional assessment
