You will: Work closely with the Store Manager to meet sales and performance targets Oversee visual merchandising, stock presentation, and in-store standards Help manage rosters, inventory, and daily store operations Support and mentor team members to exceed sales targets and improve service Lead from the front with exceptional customer service and a solutions-first mindset Foster a fun, motivated, and safe team environment Perks of the Role
