Main Responsibilities:

* Talent Management: Manage recruitment, hiring, and employee development processes to ensure a skilled and engaged workforce.

Requirements:
* Education: University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
* Experience: Proven HR business partnering experience, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
