Key Responsibilities
* Contribute to clinical pharmacy services in general medicine, surgical, rehab, and oncology departments
* Perform medication reviews and discharge counselling
* Assist with day-to-day operations in the pharmacy department
Requirements
* Current AHPRA registration
* At least 6 months' hospital pharmacy experience in Australia (public or private)
* Confidence with systems like iPharmacy, Cerner, Merlin, Sunrise, or similar
