About the Role:
As an Assistant Company Secretary, you will support clients with company secretarial and governance duties. Key tasks include assisting with ASIC, ASX, and ACNC compliance, preparing agendas and board papers, managing corporate governance processes, and aiding in the implementation of digital governance systems.
About you:
Qualifications: A degree in law, business, finance, or a relevant field, with certification in governance or company secretary essentials.Experience: Minimum 3 years in company secretary support, with knowledge of the Corporations Act 2001, ASIC requirements, and ASX rules.Skills: Detail-oriented with strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a collaborative mindset.Bonus: Experience with ASX-listed companies and governance software like Cake Equity and Diligent is a plus.
