Based out of Canberra, Brisbane or Melbourne (with hybrid work flexibility) this is an opportunity to shape the design and delivery of custimised training for a major transformation program across diverse teams nationally
Here you will team up with the Enterprise Change Management Office and together you will work closely to deliver this significant transformation program which will support the adoption of new systems, processes, and ways of working across Australia.
As a Training & Development Coordinator, you'll develop and deliver customized training experiences to design and deliver Training services to achieve the best training and capability outcomes across the program.
Ideal candidates will bring the following skill set:-
* Demonstrated ability to work independently or as part of a team whilst contributing positively to the achievement of the Program objectives.
* Proven ability to contribute to the full training cycle; assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate.
* Knowledge of how to understand and evaluate learner needs with the objective of delivering high level training and knowledge documents.
* Experience developing fit-for-purpose training materials including guides, videos, and modules for diverse audiences.
* Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating learning and development programs and initiatives.
* Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills across a diverse stakeholder group.
* High quality written communication skills.
* Strong critical thinking and analytical skills to support the assessment and planning of training strategies
* Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to liaise, negotiate, and represent effectively
* Ability to manage multiple work packages simultaneously whilst understanding dependencies and ensuring progress and quality
* Understanding of Agile project delivery and change management frameworks, with experience in supporting training outcomes for large-scale programs
Essential Requirements:-
* AGSVA Baseline Security Clearance
* Police check.
