Licensing Coordinator, Data Entry and Administrator
We are seeking a Licensing Coordinator for Data Entry/Administration to support our national team. This is a full-time role based in LEAP's Clayton (VIC), Manly (NSW), or Eight Mile Plains (QLD) office, working for a dynamic engineering software company.
LEAP Australia specialises in the sale of world-leading commercial software and associated services, providing Computer Aided Engineering (CAE), Product Lifecycle Management (PLM), Augmented Reality (AR), and The Internet of Things (IoT) solutions to various industries in Australia and New Zealand.
The successful candidate will be professional, highly motivated, and willing to learn, with excellent problem-solving, numeric, detail, and administrative skills. We are open to highly motivated recent graduates.
The role involves coordinating and supporting the National Engineering and Licensing teams and the Business Unit Manager, including data entry, processing, and administration of software licenses, lead and opportunity management, reception/call centre duties, and office administrative support.
