ABOUT YOU
* Enrolled in or recently completed a university course in one of the above disciplines.

Note: Specific field experience is preferred for engineering and construction/project management disciplines.
Your career with Winslow begins in the field, working alongside our operations team.
* Start on our construction sites, learning how we build civil projects before managing them.
* Assist the Foreman and Project Manager with planning, programming, compliance, and client relations.
* Monitor construction performance against schedules and budgets.
* Report and address performance issues.
* Manage production cost reporting weekly and monthly.
* Procure plant, equipment, and materials.
* Help develop and review Management Plans and Safe Work Method Statements.
