Lead Venue Opening
We are seeking a Venue Manager to lead the opening and future success of this new venue.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in successful venues, with a proven track record of leadership, creativity, and customer service excellence. The role requires strategic long-term thinking, training, recruitment, and development of staff.
The key responsibilities include:
* Opening and driving the business forward
* Developing and implementing strategies for growth and success
* Leading and managing a team of staff
* Providing excellent customer service and experiences
Requirements:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience managing a busy hospitality venue
* A valid Victorian RSA certificate
* Availability to work nights and weekends
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong leadership and training skills
