Time to get out of town We're looking for a motivated and approachable Registered Psychologist to join our team and provide on-site services in Gladstone, Queensland. This Drive-In Drive-Out role from Rockhampton offers variety, connection, and the chance to make a difference every day.
What you'll be doing
* Providing on-site mental health support and counselling to employees.
* Liaising and working closely with key stakeholders to promote a culture of wellbeing across the site locations.
* Facilitating group discussions, workshops, and toolbox talks focused on mental health and resilience.
* Helping shape a positive, proactive mental health culture in a dynamic work environment.
* Contributing to the wellbeing of the region by providing counselling and services beyond site to eligible members of the local community from our town office.
About you
* You're a Registered Psychologist with AHPRA (essential).
* You've got strong interpersonal and professional networking skills – you know how to connect with people on every level.
* You're adaptable, approachable, and comfortable working independently on site whilst maintaining high levels of connection with the wider BSS team.
* You're passionate about practical, real-world mental health support.
