What You'll Be Doing:
* Managing the operational performance and commercial strategy of a national healthcare asset portfolio
* Developing and maintaining lifecycle asset management plans, including maintenance, capital works, and sustainability initiatives
* Conducting asset condition assessments and performance reviews
* Partnering with facilities management, finance, and clinical teams to ensure continuity of service and compliance
* Supporting lease negotiations, capital works delivery, and procurement decisions
* Preparing reporting for executives and providing advice on long‐term asset planning

* Proven experience in asset management within healthcare, aged care, property, or infrastructure sectors
