One of Australia's leading scaffolding specialist, Star Scaffolds, has an exciting opportunity for an Administration Scheduling Assistant to join our dynamic, growing team on a contract basis with great opportunity to go full‐time out of our Sunshine Coast office in Bells Creek.
Your Responsibilities Will Include
* Customer service and enquires.
* General office work duties including data entry, photocopying, laminating, etc.
* Assisting other departments with day‐to‐day operations.
* Scheduling and forward planning.
* Liaising with installers and sub‐contractors.
* Reviewing scaffold install/dismantle photos.
