ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Client Experience Assistant to join our Brisbane Office.
Working closely with the Senior Client Experience Executive in the management of a portfolio and supported further by the Property Management and Accounts Teams, your duties will include:
* Assisting with the management of a high-end portfolio
* Communicating with various stakeholders, including investment owners, tenants and suppliers
* Leasing inspections and management of prospective tenant enquiries
* Conducting Routine Inspection Reports
* Maintenance coordination
* Entry and Exit Condition Reports
* Arrears management
The role will be Monday to Friday with some Saturday work (time in lieu for Saturday hours worked).
