As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for optimizing electronic assemblies for manufacturability, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
* 1. Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of electronic components.
* 2. Provide expert input on manufacturability and quality control processes.
* 3. Develop and implement advanced in-house SMT PCBA manufacturing and test capabilities.
* 4. Lead the commissioning of PCBA machines and train technicians on their operation.
* 5. Conduct troubleshooting and root cause analysis of manufacturing issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following skills and qualifications:
* 1. Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Electronics, or Aerospace Engineering.
* 2. 3+ years of experience working in a professional electronics setting.
* 3. Strong understanding of electronics assembly fundamentals.
* 4. Proficiency with common industry PCB design software tools.
