We're now seeking a Construction Supervisor to join the Elba team and manage a portfolio of projects across the western and northern growth corridors.
Reporting to the Building Manager, you'll lead the end-to-end construction process from site start to hand-over. You'll leverage Thomas Archer's advanced technology systems for workflow, schedules, call-ups, and job management.
*Your Key Responsibilities*
* Manage and deliver detached homes and medium-density townhomes end-to-end
* Coordinate trades, suppliers, and scheduling
* Ensuring compliance with OHS and QA standards
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Ensure Elba's delivery quality, timelines, and cost discipline
**What You'll Bring****
* 3+ years in Supervision (experience in medium-density, townhomes, or terrace construction looked upon favourably)
* Carpentry trade background
* Proven track record managing 12+ concurrent jobs
* Working knowledge of SLHC, social housing and liveable housing standards (ideal but not essential)
* Strong knowledge of codes, regulations and residential construction
* Ability to problem-solve, lead trades, and maintain job flow
