**About the business**

**The Role**
Some Key responsibilities will include:
- Lead system improvement and project initiatives including end to end implementation, enhancements and releases/ updates.
- Identify and explore continuous improvement activities with User Experience front of mind - assist wider HR team to optimise Business Processes for Automation.
- Respond efficiently to system enquiries and maintain system and data integrity.
- Develop and manage system governance frameworks (SuccessFactors/ SAP/LMS interface and Segregation of Duties).
- Partner with HR Managers and Advisors to deliver cyclical HR activities such as performance, workforce planning, remuneration & incentive review, training, talent & succession and annual engagement surveys.
**About You**:
- Hold a degree in an IT-related field, HR, Business, or a related discipline (or equivalent)
- Possess at least 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Have experience in SAP SuccessFactors/LMS systems administration, technical design, and implementation
- Demonstrate proficiency in administering SuccessFactors systems, providing support, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing system performance
- Exhibit the ability to think broadly, connecting systems, processes, and understanding the downstream impact of changes
- Possess a general understanding of HR/IR processes, including engagement, culture, onboarding, performance/development, etc.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Show proven experience in generating insights through data analysi
