Lead the team to enhance showroom & product displays.
Manage planograms.
Use your creativity to ensure showroom presentation is of a high standard.

About the role:
Retail Team Leader's demonstrate their emerging leadership abilities, particularly in creating appealing & stimulating shopping experiences for Repco customers & sharing that knowledge with their team.
It's a perfect opportunity to showcase exceptional merchandising & presentation skills.
Other expectations include:
Always display & enforce a safety culture to ensure your safety, and that of your teammates & customers
Prior experience working in large format retail stores, focusing on displays, planograms & promotions
Availability to work Tuesday to Saturday
Possess a valid driver's licence (manual preferred) to assist with deliveries from time-to-time
Passion for the automotive industry & Repco products (ideal)
Note, this role will require lifting, bending & climbing.
