Are you a highly motivated Enrolled Nurse looking for a casual position? Gold Coast Private is seeking experienced Enrolled Nurses to join our nurse bank team on a casual basis. You will play a key role within a supportive team in ensuring high levels of patient care is provided. This is an excellent opportunity to enjoy variety and develop versatility in your skill set.

As an Enrolled Nurse - Surgical, your responsibilities will include:
Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN
Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
Act as a role model for Safe Practice
Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy
Have demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development

Other requirements include:
Authority to Work in Australia
Current Registration (no restriction) with AHPRA
Working with Children check (if relevant)
Compliance with ACQSHC National standards
Minimum 12 months acute and/or surgical experience
Commitment to Quality Patient Care
Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
