We're on the lookout for Shift Supervisors to help guide our Mornington team. You will be the person who makes sure every guest leaves happier than when they arrived.

What You'll Do – Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager
* Lead the team and keep service running smoothly
* Maintain food safety, quality, and presentation
* Support new and existing team members
* Provide warm and welcoming customer service
* Keep the restaurant clean, organised, and welcoming
* Assist with stock, ordering, and basic admin tasks
What You Bring
* Hospitality or supervisory experience (preferred)
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Willingness to learn our systems and standards
* Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast‐paced environment
* Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
