Housekeeping Attendant (Part-time) Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Crowne Plaza Terrigal Pacific.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional guest service by attending to guest requests and resolving any issues in a timely manner.
* Ensure rooms are cleaned and maintained to the highest standard, adhering to brand guidelines.
* Report any maintenance concerns to the relevant departments.
* Assist the wider Housekeeping Team as needed, promoting a positive and supportive working environment.
* Maintain a clean and organized work area, including equipment and pantries.
Requirements:
* 1-2 years of experience in a housekeeping environment, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, lifting heavy objects and standing for long periods.
* Knowledge of safe working habits and chemical handling is desirable.
