A unique opportunity has become available for a National Technical Training Manager to join our collaborative, diverse Tax team.
In this newly created dual-role position, you will report to the National Tax Quality and Excellence Lead Partner to oversee, manage and participate in the creation, delivery, and continuous optimisation of technical training to our Tax team (direct and indirect) nationally, ensuring that learning content remains up-to-date, relevant, and tuned into our clients' evolving needs and circumstances.
You will also oversee, manage and produce appropriate tax technical materials (internal and client facing) to ensure we remain a tax technical thought leader.
1. Work closely with senior leaders across our tax service lines, Learning & Development, and other subject matter experts to coordinate delivery of timely and relevant training programs, addressing Tax technical training needs by level and market.
2. Manage national technical training schedule and Learning & Development budget, ensuring training is appropriately delivered and received by relevant stakeholders and providing regular updates on expense tracking.
* Curate and manage a knowledge library to ensure easy access to contemporary training tools by Tax team members.
* Lead national training projects as required, preparing ad hoc project / business initiative reports and status updates.
