**About the role**:
Reporting to the Associate Director Strategic Growth as their Marketing and Communications Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing integrated marketing strategies and contributing to the business development, marketing, and communications functions to enhance the visibility and support the strategic and commercial objectives.
In this role, you will lead various marketing and communication initiatives, including digital marketing, web and social media management, branding, production of marketing materials, published reports, and internal/external communications, including media relations. You will have the opportunity to lead the marketing function and drive measurable improvements in brand awareness, social media engagement, service utilisation, and revenue generation across our clients portfolio of services.
**Key responsibilities include**:
- Develop, maintain, and execute the marketing and communication strategy aligned with the business plan and functional objectives.
- Ensure effective marketing and communication plans are in place for all aspects of our client's work, products, services, and published content.
- Oversee the design, production, and dissemination of marketing collateral to support sales, business development, and income generation.
- Report on and analyse communication and marketing efforts, establishing evaluation mechanisms to measure success.
- Plan and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate demand for our client's services, aligning content with target audience needs.
- Develop, implement, and monitor an ongoing SEO strategy.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Marketing experience in a similar role preferably within a B2B services setting, developing and implementing strategic marketing programs to reach a broad variety of audiences, including business, government, peak bodies, education, and not-for-profit sectors.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing and communication strategies.
- Strong digital marketing skills with expertise in managing online channels and driving engagement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce high-quality content.
- Demonstrated experience in brand management, ensuring consistent representation across various media.
- Experience in managing relationships with external suppliers and overseeing the production of marketing collateral.
- Proficiency in social media analytics and a track record of growing online communities.
- Strong project management skills, including the ability to lead special marketing projects.
- A proactive and results-oriented mindset, with the ability to drive measurable improvements.
