Requirements
* Degree in Commercial Cookery or Hospitality
* Food Safety Certificate + Working With Children Check
* Strong knowledge of dietary requirements
* Experience with menu planning, bulk preparation, ordering, stock management
* Proven commercial kitchen experience
* Australian working rights + professional presentation
