About You:
* You have strong commercial property transaction experience with deep expertise in property law and real estate transactions, especially Agreements for Lease and land acquisition/disposal in development contexts
* You have the ability to work autonomously, within a fast-paced environment and at a high professional standard, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* You are flexible, adaptable and have the ability to fit in with existing and well-established work practices
* You are a team player
* You have the ability to hit the ground running and work closely with a fast paced team
* You have a minimum of 4 years' experience
* You have the ability to understand and adapt to the needs of the business
* You have a current practising certificate
* You have the right to live and work in Australia
