Key Responsibilities
* Build and manage strong relationships with key wholesalers and distribution partners
* Drive adoption of residential BESS solutions across partner networks
* Expand product penetration within existing channel accounts
* Work with distributors to activate and support installer networks
* Ensure installers are trained, supported, and confident in product offering
* Assist in driving product awareness and preference at installer level
Sales & Territory Execution
* Develop and execute territory plans across NSW and QLD
* Deliver consistent revenue growth through channel partners
* Identify new distribution opportunities and strategic accounts
Market & Product Feedback
* Monitor competitor activity in the residential battery storage space
* Provide structured feedback on pricing, positioning, and market trends
* Collaborate with product and commercial teams to refine strategy
Skills & Experience
* Proven experience in solar, battery, or electrical wholesale sales
* Strong network within electrical wholesalers and/or solar distributors
* Understanding of residential energy storage (BESS) market dynamics
* Experience selling through channel partners
* Strong commercial capability with a track record of account growth
* Confident managing technical product conversations at installer level
