We are scaling our creative capability and we are looking for a sharp, disciplined Video Editor who knows how to turn great footage into compelling stories that drive brand impact.
This is a dedicated post-production role where you will shape the visual language of CobdenHayson across everything that matters, property, people, and community.
What you will own
* End-to-end editing of a high volume of content across property marketing, employer branding, digital campaigns, and storytelling pieces
* Audio clean-up, colour grading, motion graphics, titles, subtitles, and optimised exports across platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, website)
* Brand consistency, every frame reflecting who we are and the quality we are known for
* Fast turnaround delivery, without compromising craft
* File organisation, naming conventions, and version control that make life easy for the team
* Collaborative workflows with our Senior Creative Producer to ensure seamless handover and alignment on project outcomes
What you will be cutting
* Premium property videos that elevate the market presence of our listings
* Agent and team features that showcase our talent and expertise
* Suburb and community features highlighting local lifestyle and culture
* Event and sponsorship reels that strengthen our neighbourhood connection
* Trend-led short-form content that cuts through the scroll
What sets you apart
* Highly skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro
* After Effects and audio tools experience strongly desirable
* Strong understanding of codecs, formats, frame rates, and exporting for social and web
* Exceptional organisation with a disciplined approach to file systems and workflow
* A true storyteller, you understand pace, timing, and how to hold attention
* Authentically collaborative, you take feedback on the chin and improve fast
* Meticulous attention to detail, from colour match to subtitle spelling
