Leadership Role: Project Management

This role drives operational, process, and capability uplift projects, applying project management methodologies to deliver lasting organisational impact.
About the Role:
* Lead complex transformation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives using project management methodologies.
* Form and guide cross-functional project teams including business analysts, architects, SMEs, technology specialists, and change managers to deliver outcomes.
* Manage risks, governance, and documentation across the project lifecycle, including plans, schedules, and benefit realisation tracking.
* Engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating stakeholder workshops, gathering requirements, and ensuring effective communication and alignment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Project Leadership: Lead complex transformation projects from initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
* Team Management: Form and guide cross-functional project teams to deliver outcomes.
* Risk and Governance: Manage risks, governance, and documentation across the project lifecycle.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, facilitating stakeholder workshops and gathering requirements.
Requirements:
* Extensive experience leading projects for large-scale business change projects, including operational, technology, or process organisational capability uplifts.
* Certified or experienced in project management methodologies such as PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to apply human-centred, lateral, thinking to develop fit-for-purpose solutions.
* Proven ability to influence, negotiate, resolve conflicts, and build strong relationships across complex organisations.
