We are working with a client seeking an experienced Senior Electrician with strong BMS and integrated systems expertise to join their growing delivery team. This is a hands-on, site-based role focused on the installation, programming, commissioning, and coordination of complex building systems across data centre and mission critical projects. The position offers a clear pathway into a Specialist Project Manager role within an expanding operations team. You will play a key role in delivering high-performance projects while working closely with clients, subcontractors, and multidisciplinary teams across Australia. Key Responsibilities Program, commission, and fault-find BMS and control systems Lead integration of HVAC, electrical, UPS/critical power, security, and EMS systems Take ownership of site delivery from installation through to commissioning and handover Coordinate subcontractors and manage interfaces across multiple trades Review drawings and specifications, raising RFIs where required Drive commissioning, testing, and system validation activities Skills & Experience A-Grade Electrical Licence (essential) Proven experience in BMS programming and controls systems Strong understanding of integrated building systems and interfaces Experience working within data centres or mission critical environments (highly regarded) Exposure to: UPS systems Critical power infrastructure Networked/IP-based control systems Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capability Willingness to travel interstate as required What We Offer Work on large-scale data centre and mission critical projects Clear progression pathway into a Specialist Project Manager role Opportunity to take on increasing project ownership over time Strong pipeline of work across multiple states Competitive hourly rates, travel allowances, and company vehicle Supportive, high-performance team environment In the past 5 years we have been extremely humbled to have placed over 16,000 people into meaningful employment.
