Senior Support Engineer Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Splunk/New Relic Support Engineer to join our team on a permanent basis.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop and implement dashboards in Splunk/New Relic to drive business insights.
Proactively monitor system performance and respond to incidents to ensure minimal disruption to service.
Collaborate with engineering squads to resolve integration issues and provide data-driven solutions.
Requirements
Tertiary qualifications or relevant industry certifications (e.g. Splunk/New Relic).
Experience working in a DevOps/SRE capacity within large, complex environments.
Strong technical skills in Splunk/New Relic, including dashboard design and troubleshooting.
Proven experience supporting large customer-facing platforms.
Familiarity with ITIL practices, including incident/problem/change processes and service management tools.
Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS), containerisation (Kubernetes/Docker) and API gateway tools.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Advanced problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
