In this role you will provide efficient, effective and professional Carpentry / Maintenance on BMCC assets, Buildings, fixtures, fittings and associated elements for all Council managed assets while being an interactive member of the Trades Team.
You will have trade qualification in Carpentry / Joinery with a strong commitment to providing high level customer service.
The ability to be flexible in an ever-changing work environment is critical as is the ability to work successfully as an individual and as part of a dynamic team along with managing contractors.
You must also have the ability to respond to call outs and after hours works.
A business use vehicle (to and from work) is available with this position.
Remuneration: base salary commencing at $70,765 gross per annum
+ 12% superannuation
+ performance payment 1% - 3.5% annual salary
+ annual award increase
