**About the Role**

Due to ongoing growth an exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced HVAC Commissioning Technician to join BSA | Advanced Property Solutions. In this role you will be responsible for commissioning a range of HVAC and ventilation systems as well as undertaking some service, maintenance and repairs to various types of HVAC equipment. You will be able to work unsupervised whilst still being part of a wider team and bring strong communication skills.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- A thorough understanding of HVAC systems including refrigeration, air, water, electrical and controls
- Provide service, maintenance and repairs to various types of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment
- Experience with air and water balancing equipment and knowledge of system commissioning is preferred
- Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly warranty maintenance on installed equipment
- Commissioning skills consisting of air & water balancing
- Ability to read with a good understanding of mechanical drawings
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships
- Determine job priorities and meet deadlines with mínimal supervision
- Comply with company and client HSEQ policies and procedures

**Experience, Qualifications and Skills Required**:

- Minimum 5 years' experience in an allied HVAC position or 2 years as a Commissioning Technician
- Refrigeration, Electrical or mechanical plumbing registration - preferred
- Australian Restricted Electrical License - preferred
- Drivers License
- Highly developed interpersonal skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- NEBB or TACA technician certification preferable
