Description
This position's responsibilities and duties vary daily and could include labouring duties and the operation of plant items such as tractors, mowers and rollers. You could also be involved in road construction and maintenance, park and garden maintenance or other projects around our Shire.
To Be Successful You Will Need
* a Class 'C' Drivers Licence
* a Medium Rigid Licence (or willing to obtain within 3 months)
* Construction Induction Card (White Card)
* previous experience operating plant items
* basic knowledge of plant maintenance
* the ability to work with a team
Benefits For You
* The salary range is $2,149 to $2,310 per fortnight, Starting salary to be determined upon the qualifications and experience of successful applicant.
* The Grade applicable to the position is Grade 4 within Council's Salary Structure
* Working 76 hours per fortnight with a rostered day off (9 Day fortnight)

* Employment is under the Local Government (State) Award
