Why You'll Love This Role
We are looking for a Venue Manager to lead BOUNCE Belconnen, the home of BOUNCE in the ACT. This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of a well‐established venue that plays an important role in inspiring movement, self‐expression and human connection for thousands of customers across Canberra and the surrounding region every year.
From elite athletes pushing their limits on our Ninja and adventure attractions to Mini BOUNCE sessions that introduce our youngest free spirits to the joy of movement, no two days are the same. You'll lead a venue that brings together people of all ages and abilities, creating experiences that build confidence, spark progression and leave lasting memories.
This is a significant leadership role where you'll lead a team of 50+ team members, including Hosts, Team Leaders and an Assistant Venue Manager. You'll create an environment where people thrive, safety is always front of mind, and every customer experiences the magic of BOUNCE.
Reporting to the Area Manager, you'll have genuine ownership of a high‐volume operation, with responsibility for driving commercial performance, developing future leaders, growing engagement across the team and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
