Senior Contract Administrator for Remedial Projects
A great opportunity to work on remedial projects across Industrial, Commercial, and residential sectors. You will be responsible for all commercial support and subcontractor engagement across multiple projects.
This role involves reviewing head contracts and agreements, conducting status reporting, project reports, risk and program reporting, assisting with forecasting, managing the document control process, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with management system policies, plans, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Contracts Management, Engineering, Construction Management or similar, minimum 3-6 years of experience in a similar role, detailed knowledge of local council and regulatory requirements/standards, ability to work as part of a team and autonomously, excellent written and verbal communication skills, well-developed interpersonal skills, experience with Microsoft Office suite & MS Project, and a Construction Safety Induction (white) card.
