The Palm Beach Surf Club seeks a skilled and experienced culinary professional to join their team as a Chef. As a leading dining establishment in Queensland, we strive for excellence in all aspects of our business.
Key responsibilities include preparing high-quality dishes according to menu guidelines and recipes, maintaining kitchen safety and cleanliness standards, and working collaboratively with the team to achieve our goals.
The ideal candidate will have:
* At least 2 years' experience in high-volume kitchens, preferably in a similar role
* A relevant diploma qualification or equivalent certification
In addition to technical skills and qualifications, the successful candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be self-motivated, and have a strong work ethic.
