Palliative Care Specialist
This role involves providing emotional and psychological support, counseling and interventions to patients with cancer and their families, as well as those requiring palliative care.
* Utilizing advanced practice skills, assess and implement evidence-based psycho-social interventions.
* Deliver outreach services to rural communities via various modalities including telehealth.
* Offer education programs, expert advice, on-site support and resources to cancer and palliative care patients and their families.
* Raise awareness of cancer and its psychological impacts through community engagement activities and public health initiatives.
