As a Risk & Compliance Advisor, you will play a key role in bringing our Insurance Risk and Compliance Framework to life - supporting our people to make confident, informed decisions that align with our risk appetite and values, and drive our risk culture. In this dynamic and collaborative role, you'll:Support the development and continuous improvement of RAC Insurance's risk and compliance strategy, frameworks and processes. in delivering RAC Insurance's Risk Culture Plan through education, awareness, Experience in risk, compliance or governance roles — ideally within financial services, insurance, consulting or a regulated industry.Sound knowledge of risk management principles and frameworks (APRA, ASIC and industry codes a plus).Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex risk concepts and influence stakeholders.Qualifications in risk, finance or a related field are highly regarded but not essential.
