This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a highly organized, fast-paced environment and takes a proactive approach to identifying and implementing solutions.You’ll work closely with our management team and director, providing essential support across key operational areas, including project management, client relations, team coordination, human resources, contractor management, administrative processes, and sales & marketing. Acting as a vital link between internal teams and external clients, you will facilitate seamless communication, streamline workflows, and drive operational efficiencies. Your proactive approach will be essential in identifying and addressing any operational challenges, implementing solutions that drive improvements across our business, and shaping internal workflows to enhance overall operational performance.Key ResponsibilitiesManagement of day-to-day administrative tasksProvide daily support to project managers, engineers, and drafters, assisting with tasks related to project timelines, deliverables, budgets, invoicing, resource planning, and other project and operational needs to ensure projects run efficiently.Act as a point of contact for all client relations, ensuring clear communication, addressing client concerns and requests in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining strong, positive client relationships.Support human resources and external contractor functions, including assisting with recruitment, onboarding processes, payment verifications, and ensuring all records and processes are in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.Contribute to sales and marketing efforts by assisting with social media management, proposal preparation, developing marketing materials, and supporting business sales and development initiatives to attract new clients and promote company services.Provide support to the Management Team and Director as needed, including assisting with special projects, preparing reports, and managing tasks that require executive attention.Work closely with management to enhance internal operations, helping to identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline systems, and implement best practices to drive efficiency and productivity across the organization.What We're Looking ForAre you eager to kickstart your career but may not have prior experience?
