Join a leading Family Law team in Melbourne, working alongside respected Partners. This is an opportunity to work with one of the most highly regarded national practices in family law – a team known for its strategic thinking, depth of expertise, and strong client outcomes.

The Family Law practice is no exception and is nationally recognised, with Accredited Specialists across all offices, a strong referral network, and a consistent track record in delivering high-value, complex matters for high-net-worth clients.
The Opportunity
In this role, you will:
* Work across a sophisticated mix of matters, including financial agreements, property settlements, parenting disputes, and litigated & negotiated resolutions
* Represent clients in complex and often high-value family law matters
* Collaborate with a broader national team of Family Law experts across cities.
* Receive clear support for career progression within a transparent framework
The Melbourne team offers a strong client base, the backing of a full-service commercial firm, and direct access to experienced mentors who will actively guide you on the path to partnership.
About You
We are interested in hearing from practitioners who:
* Have 9+ years' PAE in Family Law
* Are commercially minded, technically sharp, and confident in managing sophisticated clients and stakeholders
* Bring a disciplined, strategic and discreet approach to emotionally sensitive matters
* Ideally hold or are looking to pursue Specialist Accreditation or an LLM in Family Law
This role suits a lawyer who is already operating at a high level and wants to step into a firm where quality and reputation are paramount.
