Description About you: You have a genuine passion for the food industry, ensuring quality and maintain high standards and keep the kitchen running smoothly Understanding of HACCP and Work, Health and Safety legislation. Must have minimum Food Handlers Basics Certificate, ideally you will have completed Food Safety Supervisor training in the past 12 months. Passion for team development and mentoring your team Well rounded experience in creating food for, lunch, dinner, and functions About the role: Hands on role, leading by example while supporting and mentoring the team Working closely with the Head chef on menu creation and delivering a memorable experience to our guests You’ll understand the importance of food safety, kitchen cleanliness, correct ordering and people management to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and standards are high.
