Description
About you:
* You have a genuine passion for the food industry, ensuring quality and maintain high standards and keep the kitchen running smoothly
* Understanding of HACCP and Work, Health and Safety legislation. Must have minimum Food Handlers Basics Certificate, ideally you will have completed Food Safety Supervisor training in the past 12 months.
* Passion for team development and mentoring your team
* Well rounded experience in creating food for, lunch, dinner, and functions
About the role:
* Hands on role, leading by example while supporting and mentoring the team
* Working closely with the Head chef on menu creation and delivering a memorable experience to our guests
* You'll understand the importance of food safety, kitchen cleanliness, correct ordering and people management to ensure the kitchen runs smoothly and standards are high.
